****** FLOWERS FOR YOUR LOVE ONES TELLING THEM HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THEM ******

Tips to extend the life of Fresh Flowers

1. Remove all the leaves that fall below the water line.
These leaves breakdown and decay, which promotes bacterial growth and reduces the life of your flowers.

2. To extend the life of your flowers, re-cut the bottom of the stems diagonally using a sharp knife. Do not use scissors.

3. Arrange the flowers in a clean, deep vase with luke-warm water, then mix in the floral preservative provided by the florist.

4. Top up the water daily, but do not empty the vase otherwise you will lose all the plant food nutrients in the water.

5. Place your flowers in a temperate location away from electrical appliances and direct sunlight.
These electrical appliances and direct sunlight will give off heat, causing flowers to dehydrate.
Do avoid particularly humid or drafty areas.
